Oreos– such a nostalgic cookie! Who knew such a teeny, tiny snack could hold so many childhood memories?
With that being said, I experimented with making these Oreo cake bites with a friend over the summer for all of you cookie monsters out there. This cake bite is enclosed in a semisweet chocolate coating rolled in Oreo cookie crumbs.
In my cake bite/cake pop frenzy, I soon came to realize that these are perfect to make when people come over! Just tuck them down nice and cozy in muffin tin liners and you’re good to go. Easy and presentable!
